At Feeding Hearts, we handle every order with personal care because we know how important your pet is to you. When you order from us, our own team manages everything from packing to dispatch to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience across India.
- Order Confirmation & Processing: Orders are processed by our team within 1-2 business days after they are confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Dispatch & Tracking: Once we ship your order, we will send you a tracking ID via email/SMS so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
- Orders placed on Friday and Sat will be processed on Monday
We deliver to most locations across India. After your order has been dispatched from our facility, you can expect the following delivery times:
- Bengaluru – 24 to 48 hours
- Other Cities – 3–7 business days
Note: These are estimated times. Delivery may vary slightly during festive seasons, due to weather disruptions, or other unforeseen courier delays.

Every Feeding Hearts product is packed with love by our own team in our hygienic facility. We use eco-friendly, tamper-proof, and pet-safe packaging to ensure the highest quality is maintained from our hands to yours.
- Our courier service will typically make up to two delivery attempts.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or because no one is available to receive it, the package will be returned to us.
- Please contact us directly to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Need to make a change? Please contact us directly within 6 hours of placing your order at info@feedinghearts.in We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
